Ingredients

  • 4 slices of Rustik Sourdough
  • 4 tbsp raspberry jam
  • 2 slices prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • ½ c soft brie cheese, room temperature

Directions

  • Toast the bread
  • Slice prosciutto into thin slivers
  • Spread jam on toast and top with cheese and slivers of prosciutto
