Goat Cheese and Caramelized Onion Toast

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of Rustik Sourdough
  • ½ large onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ c arugula
  • 4 oz block of goat cheese
  • Salt

Directions

  • Chop onions
  • Add onions and olive oil to nonstick pan, cook until caramelized
  • Toast the bread
  • Top toast with cheese slices
  • Place onions and arugula on top of cheese and sprinkle on salt
