Grilled Peach and Burrata Crostini Recipe

ingredients

  • Half a loaf of The Rustik Oven Pane Italiano Bread
  • 1 ball of burrata cheese
  • 3 peaches
  • 2 ounces pancetta
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Honey and fresh basil to garnish

directions

  1. Chop pancetta into tiny pieces and cook pieces on the stove until crispy
  2. Cut The Rustik Oven Pane Italiano Bread into bite-sized pieces and set aside
  3. To grill peaches, cut peaches into wedge-shaped slices and spray with cooking oil to prep peaches for the grill
  4. Place on grill-safe pan and grill each side for 1 to 2 minutes
  5. Pull apart the burrata cheese and spread evenly on each piece of bread
  6. Place grilled peaches on top of cheese
  7. Top with crispy pancetta, fresh basil and drizzle honey on top
