  • 4 slices of Pane Italiano from The Rustik Oven
  • 1 ½ c sliced strawberries
  • 4 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 12 chopped mint leaves
  • ¼ c sliced almonds

directions

  1. Toast the bread lightly
  2. Combine honey with cream cheese
  3. Spread cream cheese mixture on each slice of bread
  4. Top with strawberries, mint and almonds
