- 1 red onion
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon za’atar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 slices of The Rustik Oven Hearty Grains & Seeds Bread
- Salt, pepper and parsley to taste
- ½ cup labneh
directions
- Hard boil eggs by bringing a medium pot of water to boil, lowering the heat and cooking eggs for 9 minutes.
- Transfer eggs into an ice bath to stop the cooking.
- Toast slices of The Rustik Oven Hearty Grains & Seeds Bread.
- Combine za’atar and olive oil in a small bowl.
- Slice the red onion
- Spread the labneh on the bread and top with sliced hard boiled eggs, red onion, salt, pepper and parsley to taste.
- Drizzle oil and za’atar on top.
