3 Cheese Zucchini Toast

ingredients

  • 4 slices of Sourdough from The Rustik Oven
  • 1 ½ c of sliced zucchini
  • ¼ c Sharp White Cheddar Cheese Chunks
  • ½ c soft brie cheese
  • 3 tbsp Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Ground black pepper
  • Salt

directions

  1. Season zucchini with salt and pepper
  2. Sautee zucchini over medium-high heat with olive oil
  3. Toast the bread
  4. Top bread with zucchini and cheeses
  5. Bake for 5 minutes at 400ºF until the cheeses melt
