ingredients

  • Sourdough bread from The Rustik Oven
  • 8 oz. ground turkey
  • ¼ c. Italian seasoning
  • 3 tbsp. panko
  • 1 egg
  • 1 ½ tsp. oil
  • 2 c. marinara
  • ½ c. water
  • Spinach
  • Provolone cheese

directions

  1. Combine first four ingredients and shape into meatballs
  2. Cook meatballs in pan with oil
  3. Add sauce and water, cook 7 minutes
  4. Top bread with meatballs and cheese
  5. Broil 1 minute, top with spinach
