Farmer’s Market Medley Toast

ingredients

  • 4 slices of Sourdough from The Rustik Oven
  • ¼ c zucchini
  • ¼ c green beans
  • ¼ c red peppers
  • ¼ c green peppers
  • ¼ c carrots
  • 1 fillet chicken breast
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 4 tbsp olive oil

directions

  1. Slice vegetables and chicken into thin strips
  2. Place a non-stick pan on a high heat. Sauté chicken with olive oil until brown. Add garlic and vegetables one by one
  3. Sauté vegetables for 2 minutes. Add soy sauce and continue sautéing until dry
  4. Toast the bread
  5. Top toast with chicken and vegetable mixture
