ingredients

  • 8 slices of The Rustik Oven Sourdough Bread
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons syrup

directions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, beat eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until fully combined
  2. Soak each slice of bread in the egg mixture
  3. In a non-stick pan, cook both sides of the bread until golden brown
  4. Assemble by adding raspberries, blueberries, and chocolate chips on top, then drizzle with syrup
