  • 1 slice of Sourdough Bread from The Rustik Oven
  • White cheddar cheese
  • Pork belly
  • 1 egg
  • Microgreens
  • Chili oil

  1. Layer cooked pork belly and cheese on a slice of Sourdough and bake in the oven at 375 degrees until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown
  2. Fry an egg and lay it on top of the sandwich
  3. Drizzle with chili oil and garnish with microgreens
