- 1 slice of Sourdough Bread from The Rustik Oven
- White cheddar cheese
- Pork belly
- 1 egg
- Microgreens
- Chili oil
directions
- Layer cooked pork belly and cheese on a slice of Sourdough and bake in the oven at 375 degrees until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown
- Fry an egg and lay it on top of the sandwich
- Drizzle with chili oil and garnish with microgreens
