Goat Cheese and Caramelized Onion Toast

ingredients

  • 4 slices of Sourdough from The Rustik Oven
  • ½ large onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ c arugula
  • 4 oz block of goat cheese
  • Salt

directions

  1. Chop onions
  2. Add onions and olive oil to nonstick pan, cook until caramelized
  3. Toast the bread
  4. Top toast with cheese slices
  5. Place onions and arugula on top of cheese and sprinkle on salt
