- 4 slices of Sourdough from The Rustik Oven
- ½ large onion
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ¼ c arugula
- 4 oz block of goat cheese
- Salt
directions
- Chop onions
- Add onions and olive oil to nonstick pan, cook until caramelized
- Toast the bread
- Top toast with cheese slices
- Place onions and arugula on top of cheese and sprinkle on salt
