- 2 slices of The Rustik Oven Sourdough Bread
- ¼ cup of roasted tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- ½ cup of fresh arugula
- 1 tablespoon of horseradish sauce
directions
- Spread olive oil on steak and season with garlic powder before grilling
- Heat your grill to high and cook steak on the grill for about 5 minutes
- Turn steak over and cook the other side for about 3 to 5 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your liking
- Take the steak off the grill and slice it into thin slices
- Spread horseradish sauce on one slice of Sourdough Bread
- Place steak, roasted tomatoes and arugula between two slices of The Rustik Oven Sourdough Bread
