ingredients

  • 2 slices of The Rustik Oven Sourdough Bread
  • ¼ cup of roasted tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • ½ cup of fresh arugula
  • 1 tablespoon of horseradish sauce

directions

  1. Spread olive oil on steak and season with garlic powder before grilling
  2. Heat your grill to high and cook steak on the grill for about 5 minutes
  3. Turn steak over and cook the other side for about 3 to 5 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your liking
  4. Take the steak off the grill and slice it into thin slices
  5. Spread horseradish sauce on one slice of Sourdough Bread
  6. Place steak, roasted tomatoes and arugula between two slices of The Rustik Oven Sourdough Bread
