ingredients

  • 4 slices of The Rustik Oven Sourdough Bread
  • 1 can of refried beans
  • 1 cup Pico de Gallo
  • Half of an onion
  • 2 cups of Colby cheese
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

directions

  1. Toast 4 slices of The Rustik Oven Sourdough Bread
  2. Dice half an onion
  3. Dump 1 can of refried beans in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in the microwave for 2 minutes
  4. Spread refried beans and chopped onions on each slice of Sourdough Bread
  5. Distribute 2 cup of Colby cheese onto slices of Sourdough Bread
  6. Bake in oven for 5 minutes at 400°F
  7. Top with Pico de Gallo, cilantro and fresh lime juice
