- 6 slices of The Rustik Oven Sourdough Bread
- 2 tablespoons of salted butter
- 1 pound butternut squash, cubed
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup crumbled feta
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- 1 ½ cups crushed candied pecans
directions
- Melt butter over medium heat in a pan.
- Cut butternut squash into cubes and cook in pan until tender.
- Add cayenne pepper, cinnamon and salt to the butternut squash
- Cut slices of The Rustik Oven Sourdough Bread into bite sized pieces and toast them.
- Top the bread with the butternut squash, crushed candied pecans, feta crumbles and cranberries.
