ingredients

  • 6 slices of The Rustik Oven Sourdough Bread
  • 2 tablespoons of salted butter
  • 1 pound butternut squash, cubed
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • 1 ½ cups crushed candied pecans

directions

  1. Melt butter over medium heat in a pan.
  2. Cut butternut squash into cubes and cook in pan until tender.
  3. Add cayenne pepper, cinnamon and salt to the butternut squash
  4. Cut slices of The Rustik Oven Sourdough Bread into bite sized pieces and toast them.
  5. Top the bread with the butternut squash, crushed candied pecans, feta crumbles and cranberries.
