- ΒΌ lb. spinach
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup mozzarella
- 2 ounces feta
directions
- Spread butter on one side of each piece of The Rustik Oven Pane Italiano Bread.
- Divide mozzarella and feta in half to make two sandwiches.
- Place cheese and spinach between the two sandwiches, with the buttered side of the bread facing out.
- Cook each sandwich over medium heat in a pan, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
- Cut the sandwiches in half and enjoy!
