Wild Mushroom and Herbed Goat Cheese Toast

ingredients

  • ½ loaf of The Rustik Oven Hearty Grains & Seeds Bread
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • ½ teaspoon thyme
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper for taste
  • 2 cups herbed goat cheese

directions

  1. Sautee sliced mushrooms with minced garlic, salt and pepper for taste on the stove in a frying pan
  2. Toast a couple of slices of The Rustik Oven Hearty Grains & Seeds Bread
  3. Spread goat cheese on top of toasted slices of bread
  4. Top with sauteed mushrooms and a sprinkle of fresh thyme
